Refund policy

We are sorry your item did not work out. Please contact our customer service team at  support@waternos.com to request return authorization. All returns must have prior authorization and meet return requirements. Any returns received without an issued return authorization number may be ineligible for refund.

Return Requirements

• Received within 30 days from the date of delivery
• Packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials

The following items are ineligible for return:

• Installed or modified
• Customized or made to order
• Shades, bulbs or accessories purchased individually

Defective Merchandise

If you encounter a defect in your product, please contact our customer service at  support@waternos.com to request a replacement or return. Items arrived with shipping damage or lost in transit must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. Do not remove from original delivery address.
